I received my Model #04492. It has the PERMANENT FILTER which is REMOVABLE to Clean. It IS NOT TOO LOUD as some grouping hit stated. I ready mine on Auto Sensor and I LOVE IT!
After over a week of unceasing ingest (I NEVER SHUT IT OFF) my eyes are no individual PUFFY in the morning.
